Pickup updates and a review invitation

At checkout, you may check the optional, unchecked box to receive up to three Chubby Burger texts for this order. Consent is not required to order, and you can place an order without texts.

1. After staff confirms your order: one confirmation with your estimated pickup time in Central time (America/Chicago).
2. When staff marks your order Ready: one ready-for-pickup notice.
3. After staff marks your order Complete: one Google review invitation scheduled for about 16 minutes later. Leaving a review is optional.

No text is sent immediately on order submission. There are no cancellation texts, promotional offers, or recurring marketing messages. Earlier one- or two-message consent is not expanded to include review texts. Past order events are not replayed when texting is enabled.

Message frequency and charges

Up to three messages per opted-in order: one confirmation, one Ready notice, and one review invitation. Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages can fail or be delayed; check your receipt page for order updates.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. For assistance with your order or text preferences, visit the restaurant at the address below. You can continue to order without SMS consent.
