Pickup privacy

Chubby Burger uses the name, phone number, order items, and notes you enter to handle your pickup request and contact you about it. Staff can see those details in the private order inbox. Your receipt link shows the order status without displaying your phone number.

If you check the optional text box, we record your consent with your order and its consent version. We use your mobile number to send up to three texts through our messaging provider: a staff-confirmed estimated pickup time, a notice when staff marks your order ready, and one Google review invitation scheduled about 16 minutes after staff completes the order. Consent is optional and is not required to order. Msg & data rates may apply. Earlier one- or two-message consent is not expanded to include review texts.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number with our messaging provider only to deliver the texts you requested. There are no promotional offers or recurring marketing texts.
